Description Lighthouse on an old lattice tower with triangular cross section, situated on Harriersand island.
The building originated within the scope of the 'Neubefeuerung' occurred between 1896 and 1898 of the Weser, with the numerous, to a great extent standardised towers were put up between Bremerhaven and Bremen. Trigger was the "Weser correction" of the 1887-1895 years which calling Bremen should also allow to bigger ships again.
