Lighthouse is a tubular tower of cast iron built by Isselburger Hütte.
This perfect example of a lighthouse with two attendant's small houses was built on an artificial rise of a so-called throwing. Tower stands on 127 pillars of oak wood posts in the piled up hill were rammed. All together, the lighthouse in the dyke foothills, have 608 records segments screwed together with a total of 150 tons.
