• Location: Parque Anhembi, Zona Norte.
• This project is more than just one complex, it is a complete revision what is today Campo de Marte Base Aérea (Campo de Marte Airport) in SP city center near Anhembi Expostions Center and Samba Space, revising the area with urbanistic complex which a star formation beginning in the tallest SkyScraper spreading in gradient height is several radial street with other Commercial buildings with Park in middle area. Also a new Samba Complex would be built together more Club Esperia areas.
• In World Center of Congress and Expositions Ibero-Americano was so exposed:
• The public space in big cities mainly are passage spaces and here it would be Anhembi Park as leisure center.

• Historical Memory: Conservation what is today the aircraft landing runway of Campo de Marte.
• Urban Memory: Another approach and integration of Tietê river to the project.
• Cultural Memory: Reinstallation of Sambódromo (Samba Complex).

• The City hall of São Paulo negotiates with the federal government the surrender of a part of the area of the airport Field of Campo de Marte (Northern District of São Paulo) to enlarge the complex of the Anhembi. The idea of mayor Gilberto Kassab (DEM) is enlarging the current 363000m² for around 700000m² the area of the Anhembi. The predicted cost of the project is of around US$ 1,5 billion. The town hall intends to do a complex, similar second to the Anhembi, in area of 4 millions m² being expropriated. The area of the Field claimed by the local authority has around 800000m², where they would be built a new center of conventions, a parking, an arena for shows and a park. The total area of the airport is of 2,1 millions m². From another side of the Ave. Olavo Fontoura, where is the Anhembi, the tent of exhibitions would gain a second floor surface. They would be still built a center of conventions, a parking and a shopping center mall.
• These two areas along Olavo Fontoura would be integrated to the park of the Cat (Parque do Gato), of another side of the river Tietê, where there would be created a sort of "city of the samba", baptized of Factory of the Dreams. The idea is to build 14 sheds to be used like sheds by schools of samba, besides administrative area, parking and area for shows, between other things. The connection between the sides of the river would be for a footbridge with a shopping center of services.
• The viability of the project depends on the transfer of part of the areas occupied by the Air force in the Field. The hospital would go for the Ipiranga (Southern District), near to the (headquarters) of 4° Comar (Air Regional Command). The Pama (Park of Aeronautic Materials) would go for São José dos Campos, with the support of the local town hall. Where is the Pama, with access for the Ave. Brás Leme, would be installed the hangars of the Infraero, that today they stay at other side of the airport, with access bv Ave. Olavo Fontoura. The area of the Pama is a little bigger than the occupied one for 22 already existent hangars, but the project allows the otimization of the space. The airport would gain, then, more hangars. It is lacking now to decision of the federal government. The subject reached already president Luiz Inácio Lula, who talked with governor José Serra (PSDB) in the beginning of the year. 'Lula' promised to study. Now, the ball is with the Ministry of the Defense. The Air force, to what everything indicates, accepts to go out from the area. Mayor Kassab talked already with Minister Nelson Jobim on the subject.
