• The Governator of Distrito Federal José Roberto Arruda since the middle 2007 entered in contact with the Architect in order to make a new digital TV Tower for Brasília region, while the old one from Lúcio Costa of 224m, the second tallest structure in Brazil, do not support further equipments together the analogical ones.
• Situated 200m above the artificial lake Lagoa Paranoá, it would be the tallest monument in city with a cost of R$ 20 million at a site from Government and then rented to the TV Channels. Only 9 months would be required to erect the Concrete white painted structure plus steel antenna atop, caracterist of most projects of Architect. An observation deck atop for tourismus would gain the investment back, together also a bar glass dome in second observation deck and another glass dome for expositions in first deck. The Architect does not see necessary an external elevator to reach all 3 decks, only a internal one.
