In 2018, a 7 storey addition was added to the existing structure.
During the construction of the addition there was three buildings that were combined for the base of the “jewel box” addition atop. These buildings included: 33-35 Congress, 40 Water Street, and 82 Devonshire.
In 1963 the front courtyard was infilled with a 5 storey addition.
