• Architect: Zdzislaw Arct & Krzysztof Lesnodorski

- Originally planned for construction for the Naczelna Organizacja Techniczna, it began construction in 1975, but was stopped in 1981.

- The project was resurrected in the 2010's as the Unity Centre, and the finishing of architectural work was done by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. The tower includes office space, a 230-room Radisson Red hotel, and a observation deck and restaurant on the 27th floor. Underground are two levels of parking.
