Developers:
• Lilium Polska Sp. z o.o.
• Ove Arup & Partners
• Davis Langdon LLP.

• It would stand on the site currently occupied by the western wing of Centrum LIM.
• The tower shape resembles a lily flower in order to commemorate the developer.
• Atop would be a spa with the highest located swimming pool in Warsaw, surpassing in this respect the InterContinental Warszawa.
• Would stand on an irregular cross podium plan, with four entrances.
• The first underground level would be connected to the underground passage system of the Warsaw Central Railway Station
• The design was abandoned along with many others after Zaha Hadid's passing in 2016.
