Description - Owners/Developer: John Zatti (original), Antônio Camara Filho (from 2001 on)
- This is Brazil's only tower with a rotating restaurant. The rotation of the 25 ton observation pod is powered by three electronic motors.
- The tower's design was inspired by that of the CN Tower's in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- The ground-level of the tower includes a mini-shopping center and cafeteria.
- Originally planned at a height of 120 meters, the height was reduced to just 79.5 meters.
- Developer and owner John Zatti began the tower in 1999, but by 2001, Antônio Camana Filho, owner of a metal work company, bought the project and completed it.
