Home to Wake Forest University's medical school and the Coy Carpenter Library.

The north side is a medical school and the south side is an office building for tech companies.

The building was completed in 1923 and expanded in 1928. It features tall 15 foot (4.6 meter) ceilings and a retail courtyard.
