A residential adaptive reuse project in the Innovation Quarter in downtown Winston-Salem. It includes office space and apartments, with a central power plant converted into amenity space (basketball court, game room, exercise room, etc.). The building features unusually high ceilings (around 16 feet/4.9 metres) and large steel casement windows, along with a very tall water tower on the roof, built into the building's reinforced concrete frame. A rooftop terrace was added during renovation.
