• This former 1969 Manitoba Housing building suffered extensive water damage and was sold to a private developer. The building was gutted with much of the original facade removed. It was rebuilt as the Smith Street Lofts in 2022. A new above ground parking garage was assembled to the south to accommodate the new market rentals.
