Description
• Along with its twin (Elbekreuzung 2-II) located opposite the Elbe from itself, this is the tallest electrical pylon in Europe by height of truss tower.
• Elbekreuzung 2-I is part of the Elbe Crossing 2, consisting of 4 electrical pylon mast.
• This two pylons are so large, in fact, that they contain a central core with an elevator and spiral staircase to access the aircraft warning lights at the top of the structure.
