- This project was originally designed as a 10-story, 528-spot parking garage, which was constructed between 2007 and 2008. Due to growing demand for additional residential units in the Capitol Park district; construction began on the original plans for an additional 5 storeys of apartments atop the existing 10 storey parking garage in 2015.
- The structure was designed so that it's facade design takes in account the historic look of the district in which it resides.
