- Along with its identical mast, these have been the tallest constructions in Andorra since their completion.

- This tower was originally built and inagurated as the radiator mast for Radio Andorre in August 7, 1939.

- The radio station that used these towers, Radio Andorra, was shut down my Andorran authorities on April 9, 1981.
