Zeven DECCA Transmission Mast was used for two chains of DECCA navigation system, a radio navigation system, which played a great importance in ship and aircraft navigation before the invention of GPS.

After it's use as a DECCA transmitter, the mast was used for transmitting DGPS-signals.
