Description
• Architects: Ludlow & Peabody, Audsley & Audsley.

• The western side at Greenwich Street was constructed in 1898. One floor was added plus a four story tower in the center by Ludlow & Peabody in 1917-1920.

• The building, in Hellenic Renaissance style, is unique for a New York skyscraper. Another one in country with this style is the Layton Art Gallery in Milwaukee, designed by the Audsley firm in 1888.
