Description
- These towers stood, and three still stand, on unincorporated land across the Severn River from Annapolis in unincorporated Anne Arundel County.

- NSS was a high powered, Very Low Frequency (VLF) transmitting facility which provided communication to Naval establishments including ships and submarines.

- The facility was decommissioned in 1998, and mostly demolished in 1999.
