- This $740 million expansion includes the addition of a 1,000-room hotel with 300 of those with a House of Blues theme, a House of Blues Music Hall, 115,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and a new 64,000 square feet casino dubbed the "Casino of the Wind."
