Architect: Hoit, Price & Barnes

- Originally built as the Fidelity National Bank & Trust Building in 1931, it was purchased by the federal government in 1946 and renamed as the Federal Office Building.

- The federal government remained in the building until 1995, when the building was sold but left vacant until 2000 when a new owner began conversion of the building to mixed usage.
