Ritz Carlton Plaza would be the tallest mixed used complex in Seattle and State of Washington. This complex would be environmentally-friendly (would be installed two wind turbines on each spires and water collecting system on the roof). On the roof of main tower would be located a rotating restaurant enabling customers to enjoy the magnificent panorama. The base would consist of few townhouses, a mall, parking garage structure and few early 1930s office buildings.
