- Architect: Johnsen Schmaling Architects

- This is one of the two developments proposed for this site as of 2006, the other being the Rana Tower Hotel.

- This development proposal includes 70 condos, a 175-room hotel, 55,000 square feet of office space, 31,000 square feet of retail space, 330-space parking garage, and a public plaza.

-The development includes the rehabilitation of the Sydney Hih, a four building complex at the South East corner of the site. It also includes the restoration of the Gipfel Brewery, one of the oldest buildings in the city, which was moved to the site from a block away.
