• MGM Grand has 5034 Rooms making it the largest hotel in Las Vegas and second Largest Hotel in the world.

• Before the MGM Grand was the Marina. When the Marina was bought in 1989 instead of destroying the structure MGM Grand just remodeled it and added it to the rest of the building. The Marina Was closed on November 30th, 1990 and MGM Grand broke ground on October 7th 1991.
