- Architect: A. Reinhold Melander

- The tower is located almost 600ft above Lake Superior.

- The tower is dedicated to Bert Enger, an industrialist who donated the land that makes up Enger Park, and dedicated by Crown Prince Olav and Crown Princess Martha of Norway on June 15th, 1939.
