- This is a proposed "twin" tower to the 42 story US Bank Building. Architect Fazlur Kahn had designed the US Bank originally to leave space for such a twin tower on the accompanying parking structure to the South.
- The construction of LPT would bring pedestrian promenades and other improvements to East Michigan Avenue.
