Architect: Marston & Van Pelt

• The Richard H. Chambers Court of Appeals Building is located over a small canyon overlooking the Colorado Street Bridge and the Ventura Freeway Bridge.

• Richard H. Chambers Court of Appeals Building used to be the Hotel Vista del Arroyo. It was a hotel until 1982 when it closed and opened as a court facilty in 1985.
