Description • Architect: Pérez-Guerras Arquitectos & Ingenieros
• The building is said to resemble an eleven and a M, as a way to remember the victims of Madrid's March 11, 2004 terrorist attack.
• The building was originally designed to be 20 storeys high but was extended to 47 storeys. In 2012 it was realised that no provision had been made for extra lifts to service the increased number of floors which will result in long waiting times for residents.
