Description Architect: William B. Tabler Architects
- Behind the reception desk there is a large mural depicting the view from Wacker Drive in front of the hotel.
- The development of a hotel on this site was an important part of the city's North Loop plan in the 1970s and 80s. It was conceived as a gateway to the State Street shopping area.
- The building is L-shaped, with an open space on the southwest facing the Leo Burnett Building. The north side is recessed from the Wacker Drive streetwall.
