Description
Architects:
• Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates - kpf.com
• Heerim Architects

Developers:
• Gale International
• The Daewoo Group, Ove Arup & Partners, Rowan Williams Davies & Irwin Inc.

• It is a building owned by POSCO E&C Group.
• It was named Northeast Asia Trade Tower when it was completed.
• There is an observatory on the 65th floor.
• This building has a history of suspending construction three times due to the subprime mortgage crisis.
• Even in 2013, when the building opened, it was almost like a vacant room, so the building turned dark at night.
After a one-year vacancy period, companies began to move in, and now there are no vacancies.
• Most of the buildings are used as offices and hotels for POSCO.
• The bottom of the building starts in a trapezoidal shape, and the top ends in a rhombus.
