Description
Alternate proposal for Civic Plaza that saves the Pepper Building. This building would require the closure of 3rd Street between Liberty Street and Town Run Lane or between Liberty Street and this building. The first floor has retail facing Liberty, Fourth and Civic Plaza. Floors 1-5 are parking. Floors 6-10 are office space. Floors 11-23 are residential. The 24th floor is a restaurant and the 25 floor is an observation deck. An observation area to look down on the park is also located on the 3rd floor. The building is named after the historic 1880 opera house that once stood at 312 North Liberty Street.
