Description
Architect: William R. Coats

- This is a landmark for the city of Ypsilanti.

- This tower is built on the highest point in the city.

- It is currently operated by the Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority.

- The stone linestone tower contains a 250,000-gallon steel tank.

- Top of the tower is clad in wood shingles. The wood shingle start at a height of 85 feet (25.91 meters), and end at 136 feet (41.45 meters).

- The circumference at the base is 85 feet (25.91 meters).
