- Amenities at the H.U.E. Lofts include a grassy area for pet walks on top of the parking garage, a movie theater, scooter and moped parking, and a rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

- The tower will be built in the arts district under Downtown Las Vegas where many other lofts are being built like Soho and Newport Lofts.
