There are two different designs proposed for this tower. One is a single-tenant design at 1198 ft / 365.2 m with the tower rising straight up from 7th Ave. The other is a multi-tenant design at 1216 ft / 370.6 m with the tower sitting on a podium and the tower set back from 7th Ave.
