Description The Vana-Narva mnt 20B tower is a newly renovated, 11-story (8,511 m²) mixed-use building in Maardu, completed in late 2025 by developer Solarplaza to an A-Energy Class standard.
Originally built in 1979, the modernized facility features a new glass façade, three high-speed elevators, a representative lobby, and a unique ground-floor indoor garden under a large canopy.
The building offers 625 m² open-plan floors with panoramic sea views, a basement shelter, and flexible utility-rich infrastructure (industrial power and gas heating) designed for use as a corporate headquarters, health clinic, or a 200-unit "apart-hotel.
