Description
A fantasy tower designed by James Harris and drawn by Nightsky.
It is a mixed use building. The first five floors would be a mall with movie theaters, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The next 15 floors would be hotel space for The Chicago Central Hotel. And the other 100 floors would be use for residences, offices and utilities. There would also be a massive underground parking garage.
