- The design of this complex was chosen as part of an international design competition that was completed in 2004.

- This urban complex is to consist of a music theatre, office space, apartments, and ground floor retail, among other amenities.

- The roof of the theatre section of this complex contains a wintergarden that is to include a restaurant.

-The building is believed to have been canceled or changed.
38m residential building was built on the site of the project.
