Description
Built in 1931 as a “spiritual” building using exuberantly expressed Italian Romanesque motifs. Detailed tile work and ornate finishes and accents. Recently expanded, the complex includes state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for all fitness levels. Operated by the YMCA of Greater Harrisburg. Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
