• Panorama Towers was originally proposed as a 4 tower condominium development. Towers 1 and 2 were completed in 2006 and 2007. Tower 3 was completed in 2008 as Panorama Towers North while a fourth tower was never constructed.
• Panorama Towers North was rebranded in 2011 to The Martin, named after Dean Martin.
