Description
• Fenwick Place is a 252 unit Student Residence maintained by Dalhousie University for Full Time Undergraduate students. Named after a former Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of Nova Scotia (Sir William Fenwick Williams).

• The developer ambitiously started this project 1969 touting it as the tallest residential project east of Toronto, however it met with financial difficulties and by 1971 was at a standstill. Dalhousie University assumed responsibility for the project and finished it as a Residence for students.

• Dalhousie University has recently sold the tower (2009)
