Description
Architect: Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects

Originally a sugar refinery. It was turned into a winery in 1925. It stood derelict and vacant for most part of the 20th Century.

Renovation of an existing nine floor building and a seven floor addition was carried out in 2019.
