Description In December 2003, property company Bruntwood purchased Piccadilly Plaza for £65 Million and renamed Sunley Tower as City Tower.
£20 Million will be spent refubishing the building, by recladding in white, adding balconies, and adding two spires to the roof.
The original refurbishment plan included green solar panel cladding.
The sides of the building have patterns based on circuit boards, a detail which will be lost when the building is reclad.
At one point it was the 2nd tallest building in the UK outside of London.
