Description A mixed use framed tube tower designed by ITT Graduate Student Kay Vierk Janis. Floors 1to 8 are not given a specific function; but floors 9 to 82 are designated for office use, floors 83 to 112 are for residential, floors 113 to 136 are for hotel, and floors 137 to 142 incorporate observation areas, restaurants, and mechanical space.
Two skylobbies are used at the 41st/42nd floor and the 81st/82nd floor to move occupants up and down the tower. The base dimension is 210' x 210' and dwindles to 105' x 105' at the top.
