Tallest building in Madrid from 1953 to 1957, when it was surpassed by Torre de Madrid.

The bottom 19 floors of this building are Crowne Madrid City Center Hotel, which 41 of the 306 hotel rooms are suites and the top 6 floors are office space.

Edificio España sold for 277.2 million on 23.06.2005.
