Description - The Flamingo Hotel Las Vegas opened in 1945, as one of the first hotels in as Vegas. In 1967 a 28 story, 1250 room tower was added. In 1975 another 28 story wing was added, bringing the hotel room count to 2250. The last 28 story wing was added in 1990 bringing the hotel room count to 3530.
