• Originally opened as the First National Bank Plaza and later housed offices for Wells Fargo Bank and the Wells Fargo History Museum on the ground floor. The museum and logos atop the building were removed in 2020 when the bank relocated their offices to nearby Chandler.
• The City of Phoenix purchased the building for $46.5 million in 2021 with plans to renovate and reopen it as the new headquarters for the Phoenix Police Department in 2025.
