Description Designed in the 50's as offices for the Banco Nacional de Cuba replacing the Casa de Beneficencia y Maternidad built in 1852, the construction started in 1952 became to on-hold when rises the 16th level on 1959, in 1966 the project was re-developed by government as a hospital but economical problems delay the construction works for years, was Opened on December of 1982.
