Description Architect: Klai Juba Architects
• Originally constructed as a an all-suite hotel tower connected to the Mandalay Bay. In 2006 the "Mandalay Bay" signage was changed to "THEhotel" to distinguish the property separately from the Mandalay Bay. The signage was changed again in 2014 when the property rebranded as the Delano Las Vegas. In 2024 the hotel was rebranded to the W Las Vegas and the signage was updated to the W's logo.
