• It was renovated and converted from a bank to a multi-purpose building, housing a gallery, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and workspace; the building reopened as Resona Koedo Terrace in May 2024
• Matsuda Hirata Sekkei (also known as MHS Planners, Architects & Engineers) were involved in the renovation work
• The western side has three main floors above ground (excluding the cupola and rooftop level), while the eastern side has five (matching the figure provided by MHS)
