Description
Architect: William Schickel & Company

- The Church congregation was founded in 1853 by German immigrants.

- This building is the third erected by the congregation and is perhaps the most outstanding example of High Victorian Neo-Gothic architecture in city.

- Typical German Features are the triple-entried frontispiece or westwerk and the single central tower.

- Its clock at lofty steeple kept time for people in downtown for many decades.

- Its beautiful interior is decorated with wood carvings and stained glass windows together the spread redstone.
