Description
The first inland Antarctic research station in China, located at 80 degrees 25 minutes south latitude and 77 degrees 06 minutes east longitude. The main building of Kunlun Station is composed of 11 engineering cabins spliced together. The main structure is made of low-temperature resistant stainless steel and covered with composite core insulation boards. The interior design and furniture mostly use warm colors. The building area of the main project is 236 square meters. The Kunlun Station in Antarctica is the third Antarctic research station established by China after the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station in Antarctica.
