The lower part of the former Postman's House, or the Estonian Media House, was constructed in the 2000s and comprised of 14 floors.
However, it was subject to reconstruction, during which a new facade and three additional floors were added, resulting in a total of 17 floors and a height of 58.6 m.
The building had previously been designated Maakri Hub and is now known as Neutra Torn. It will be connected to the approved higher building, which comprises 33 floors and stands at a height of 124.9 m. https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=7621
